Pay Your Bill
There are two ways to settle your account with us. Many patients pay by card or digital wallet, which is the simplest option and the one we would suggest unless you have a reason to prefer the other. We also accept Bitcoin and Dogecoin.
Two Ways to Pay
If anything about your statement does not look right, call us before you pay it. We would far rather sort it out first than refund it afterwards.
Pay by Card or Digital Wallet
This is the standard way to pay, and it is the right choice for almost everyone. Payments are traceable, they can be refunded if your treatment plan changes, and your insurance claim is unaffected.
Opens NexHealth, our patient portal. It asks for your last name, phone number and date of birth to find your account, then shows your balance, so there is no amount to type in.
Pay with Bitcoin or Dogecoin
We also take Bitcoin and Dogecoin. You will need the amount from your statement, because the payment screen cannot look your balance up.
How It Works
- Check your statement
Note the amount you owe before you start. The payment screen cannot look your balance up, so you will need to type it in.
- Choose Pay with Crypto
The button above opens a secure payment window over this page.
- Enter the amount and pick a coin
Type in the figure from your statement, then choose Bitcoin or Dogecoin.
- Send it from your wallet
Scan the code shown, or copy the address into your own wallet app.
- Wait for the confirmation
Do not close the window until the screen confirms the payment.
The confirmation on screen means the network has seen your payment. It is not your receipt from us — we reconcile payments against your account and the front desk will confirm it. If you need a receipt the same day, tell us.
Before You Choose Crypto
Two things are worth knowing, and they are the reason we suggest card for many people. A crypto payment cannot be reversed once it is sent, so if your treatment plan changes or your insurance pays more than expected, any money owed back to you has to be returned as a separate transfer, and it may be worth a different amount by then. The value is also taken at the moment the payment confirms rather than when you start it.
If you expect to claim from insurance, or your plan may still change, paying by card is simpler for everyone. Ask us and we will tell you honestly which is easier in your case.
Questions About Your Account
Call the office during opening hours and we will go through your statement with you. If you are worried about affording treatment, say so — there are payment plans and financing options, and we would rather talk about them than have you put off care.
